Refunds and Returns

In adherence to our refund policy, we would like to clarify that refunds will be processed exclusively for damaged or defective items or you get delivered the wrong product (with proof).

If you have received the correct product as specified in your order and seek a refund for reasons other than damage, such as size preferences or personal dissatisfaction, we regret to inform you that, in these instances, refunds will not be issued.

Our paramount goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we are committed to addressing any concerns promptly. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact our customer support team for any further assistance or clarification regarding your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. To start a return, you can contact us at trunksjumbo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Due to Sizing:

Jumbo Trunks is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancelling:

Our operational efficiency hinges on swiftly processing orders for immediate shipment upon receipt. Consequently, cancellations become unfeasible as the order has already entered the shipping pipeline.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
